CHNT 21 conference: programme and registration

The 21st International Conference on Cultural Heritage and New Technologies  will take place from November 16th-18th, 2016 in the City Hall of Vienna.

This conference will bring together an assorted range of lecture, poster and app-presentation as well as round tables and workshops, revealing new ideas and discoveries being made on archaeology and cultural heritage, and introducing some of the fascinating insights emerging from projects around the world.

Science Slam:

We will organise a Science Slam for the first time– Current research – precise, creative and intelligible! We will announce the details soon on our homepage! We are searching for speakers!

Social Events (partly included in the registration fee):

  • Wednesday, November 16th -  Opening in the Planungswerkstatt
  • Thursday, November 17th – Mayor‘s Cocktail in Rathauskeller
  • Friday, November 18th – Informal Farewell – location will be announced soon! (not included in the registration fee!)

Excursion:

On Saturday November 19th, we will undertake a full-day excursion to the museums „Asparn/Zaya“ and „MAMUZ“ in Mistelbach, where we will visit the exhibition „Stonehenge – A hidden landscape“ (EUR 28,- bus and museums-tickets are included).
